There is No Rail lobby group in Canberra, as Max Michell pointed out himself
in Digest, niether Rail2000 or the ARA are at the heart of politics and
government money, whereas the Truckers are right at the politicians and
ministers doorstep.

So who therfore gets in a minister's ear first??
