Though that I had posted this url but haven't found the article, finally got
around to scanning some articles which I found. The picture is regarding the
Newcastle-Sydney track speeds and condition, it had an article but I didn't
manage to get it. The write up is from a local member. If noone can read the
writing then I may be able to type it in manually.
