Re: Port of Geelong to get rail line upgrade

Just wondering how many times the Government are going to continue to
announce this upgrade.
If I am right it was promised two years before Freight Victoria took over,
and half a dozen times since!
may be six more announcements to go, by then if we are lucky they wont need
the wider gauge
