 I think you have jumped to the wrong conclusion. I travelled on ST 4 on Fri
4/5, upon leaving Coota every seat was taken.  Remember there are limited
number of seats available on the Day XPT for Vic pax, preference is given to
the Riverina citizens from ALB, WGA, CTA etc
