But lets look at the other picture. We all too often see railway operators
competing with another and letting the truckkies benefit. Or we see one railway
operator with a monopoly on one route.
It may be we will have alternatives, but then not all operators will have access
to the new line - thus the Sydney line may still be beneficial to the industry.
