Are you trying to ask how to get to Melbourne from Queenscliff? Bus to
Geelong, then the train.

The other poster suggested the ferry to Portsea as the first step to going
from Queenscliff to Hampton Park, but be aware that the ferry, and
connecting buses to Hampton Park probably run less frequently than services
going via Melbourne.
