Is anyone able to keep up with the number of 'announcements' that Carl
Scully has made? It must be thousands.

On the other hand it would not be hard to keep up with the number of his
announcements that have resulted in something actually happening. My
guess would be 0! Anyone want to make a bet that in six months there
will be NO tenders being called and the announcement will have been
remade a minimum of 6 times?
