[MELB] Unadvertised revenue services (Gowrie)

Hey guys.

This morning at Melbourne Central I saw a Gowrie service, running express
Nth Melb - Royal Park - Coburg - Gowrie.  This service isn't shown in the
latest public timetable.  Why not?

Are there many instances on this or other lines where some services (which
are probably just re-positioning the train back to the yard) are not
advertised in the public timetable?

Is there any way I can get the latest set of working timetables? (hint hint
to the drivers reading this!)
