[melb] PIDs on Connex Comengs

Having been on the Connex Comengs countless times.  I don't think they
really thought about their PIDs very well.

Well not really to do with what they display etc.  But they should have
them on the sides of the train.  Like with the vline sprinter trains and
various trams (Z classes, B class etc with LED displays).

But as for the content on the displays/voice annoucements inside the
trains they should be more informative.  Like when the train leaves
Richmond, don't just say "This is a Limited Express service to
Lilydale.... The next station will be Camberwell".  Instead they should
say something like "This is a Lilydale service.  This train will run
express to Camberwell".

And it is misleading when you get on a train at Richmond that goes
express to Box Hill to get an annoucement like "This is an express
service to Belgrave".

Those are just a few things that I have picked up on anyway.
