No this possibly wont hold much water these days.
So therefore what would the rules of today be for us to go walkies and the
like?
I imagine it would be fairly restricted.
Does any one know if The Railway Safty Act. is listed on
http://www.austlii.edu.au/ website?
Neverheless I would think you would have to see whoever is in charge of the
place concerned.
