I would suggest yes.  I did a database of all my defect reports and
found the same faults on the same cars over a 3 year period that never
got fixed.  More recently, I have complained about the chopper
interface unit on 5212 for over 6 months.  It only got fixed when I
cut out all the motors on the car.
