The Combinos are coming from Siemens. The five-section ones will
probably go on the heavily used route 19 Nth Coburg or maybe 59 Airport
West. The three-section ones will be used on lighter-trafficked routes,
maybe 57 West Maribyrnong or some of the St Kilda Rd routes.
