A brief history lesson:

The original Coolangatta is near Nowra.  Associated with Alexander Berry,
whose name was ultimately given to a town and railway station.  Also
associated with Crows Nest farm and the lower north shore of Sydney.

A ship of that name owned by Berry foundered on the Gold Coast in 1846,
hence the name Coolangatta was adopted for that location as well
