Finemores shareholders have finally agreed to a merger with Toll Holdings.
The move takes effect from 2nd March.
While it is called a merger, it is in effect a friendly takeover by Toll.
Toll is keen to move more freight by rail, and the acquisition of Finemores
could see some of that traffic leave the troad, at least on trunk routes.
