Yes but what does it mean? Is there anything NEW announced here? Large
numbers of new trams and trains are on order, there is a major
refurbishment going on of rolling stock, stations and stops; tram and
train lines are being extended.
Is this just a re-announcement of what is already happening or something
new and if it's new, what is new?
