It was to be the Abt Railway's day to shine, steaming the first passengers
up the "rack" track to the mountain-top station of Rinadeena. But a small
iron wedge derailed yesterday's grand plans, condemning more than 100
passengers to a scenic but very flat trip to Lynchford.
