The late, lamented Jack Richardson, a former Commander in the RAN.

Jack published the "Destination" series of tramcar roster histories
and the "Along The Line" series of railway photo books, as well as
various other booklets.

The "Destination City" title, the roster history of the M&MTB and its
successors, has lived on through several subsequent editions by other
authors and publishers.  For most other Australian cities except
Sydney, the Traction Publications "Destination" booklet is still the
best roster history available for that tram system.
