I found the photos, but the close up of builder plates was too far out
of focus to read.  Anyway, its definitely a Perry (had the distinctive
smoke box door plate) 0-4-2 outside frame loco, and at the time it was
photographed, circa 1995, was painted in a yellow/orange ochre colour
with brown trim, carried the number 7 and had a builder plates on the
cab sheeting on the right hand side.

We rode it down to the bottom of the switchback and back. It steamed
well.
