multiple choice, 3 point turn and a hill start - here's your licence

Thankfully, to drive a train you need to do more than a few multiple
choice questions and a 3-point turn (*). Imagine the state of railways
if getting licences were similar to those for cars.

Imagine the silly campaigns run by the road authorities and the police.
Why can't they understand, the problem is not with campaigns to slow
down, to take breaks or to take care at level crossings. The problem is
with the ease with which people can propel themselves in cars. The above
campaigns are all common sense items, surely we shouldn't have to be
told to do that.

But given the type of people who can legally drive cars, im surprised
there isnt a campaign to tell people which seat to sit to drive
correctly.

This was meant to be a pro-railway gripe against cars.

impressive!
