The obvious question that has to be asked here is just what is the
Northern Territory Minister doing arranging finance for this project.
Isnt it the responsibility of the Consortium to arrange the finance.?
If the NT Govt is arranging finance, then is the NT Govt also
guaranteeing the finance, ie will the NT taxpayers have to foot the
bill for this railway if it fails ??
