the rack Moonmera

I am trying to find the author of a book about the rack railway system
in Moonmera Queensland (outside Rockhampton) or anyone else who can give
me some information.

The department of natural resources is trying to get rid of the towns
name of moonmera and we the past residence and friends say the town has
significant historical importance as being only one of two rack systems
built in Austraila.

the rack was ripped up several years ago(we can't have to many good
tourist attractions now can we ;)  ) but a section of the rack is in the
park in the town and several of the railway cuttings etc are visible.

If anyone has information on the rack or pictures please let me know as
we would like to put together a web page on this historically
significant town.
