I'd guess Train Order working.  Unless by the time it actually
gets built the ARTC has a wizzo 'next generation' system, in which
case you'd probably use that.

If they did it properly it'd be Electric Staff. |-)

I'd guess the only track circuits would be perhaps around the
loops, the existing TAR loops just have short Safetran AFO's over
the actual turnouts.

Also probably predictors at Flashing Lights/Boom Barriers.

Dunno.  Doubt you'd bother putting in anything faster than 60 - 70
km/h diverge.
