At least this proposal is slightly saner than their last few...

It could market itself towards existing commuters from the Campbelltown
and Wollongong areas, and also allow for future growth when the
Appin/Wilton area is developed.  It also would enter the CBD, unlike
all but a handful of the existing CityRail services from Wollongong.
