I'm sorry. Nice as the Picton area might be (and I wouldn't say no to a 10 -
100 hectare block nearby) somehow the words Picton and Resort don't sit very
comfortably together. Resort (and therefore money) seems more appropriate to
Bowral, Bundanoon or Port Stephens. Still the idea of actively promoting
rail as the preferred access mode is certainly novel.
