When the Kennet Goverment had sold the railways in Victoria, Transport
Minister Cooper was asked about standardising rail lines in Victoria, he
replied by saying that the railways were in private hands now and it was not
a government responsibility!!

How their tune has changed. Will they let the Bracks government pass
appropriation to fund standardisation in Victoria?? No they just criticise
the mess they have caused.
