Abundantly sensible. Sorry. I thought for a moment some infrastructure and
technology fetishist had decided (for reasons best known to them) to triple
track that particular bit.
Anyone know:
* Whose initiative?
* Who's paying?
* If Connex, is it in their contract? (bet it is)
