Hundreds of central Victorian commuters were disrupted by a rail
blockade at St Albans in Melbourne's west this morning. The manager of
V/Line trains, Daniel Moloney, says he shares the concern of St Alban
traders about safety issues, but says there are better ways of getting
the message through.
