A single deck (Preferably a "W-SET") has the ability to clock up 115km/h!
(Done that before, on a tour on the 4/12/99 on the South Line!).
Definately (and regretably) it may beat a V-SET, BUT a DDIU test set in the
1970's by the target plate of U13C comprising of 2cars, DCF 8001 and DDC
9001
had clocked up 130km/h on a test run between Blacktown and Penrith!
My 'tipping' is
First= V-SET
Second= W-SET
Third= S-SET
Forth= C-SET
Fifth= buahaha K-SET
