Dave-

I keep on saying -

They ALL treat passengers like a herd of sheep - and the passengers usually
cop the treatment!

I actually had to fight one cabin crew member to get a child's meal for our
daughter which HAD been ordered and which she simply seemed NOT to want to
find. Of course in the usual fashion she tried to blame the person not there
"Travel Agents often don't order them" I think that the resultant explosion
has left the aircraft still under repair (It was one of AN's 767s.)
