Yes, good question. Given that most outgoing stock would be for general
distribution across the region, trucking is still the most likely option I
assume, with refrigeration required.

Milk being brought in from other regions may be the answer. South Gippsland
is one such source of high quantities of milk, but with the South Gippsland
line still closed, that still begs the question, what is the line for?
Nestle uses briquettes in their operation at Dennington, so maybe this is
the answer?
