In all honesty Dave,
why would anyone pay the opposition to compete against themselves.
Secondly, lets get the facts straight,
FreightCorp, although owned by the taxpayers, is a Corporation that pays a
dividend back to the taxpayer.
Your claim is that the profits are derived from the CSOs received.
Their may or may not be truth in what your saying,
At least some of it ends up back in the public purse
where as if the CSOs where payed to the private operators
the profit remains with the private operators.
