I had a look around Penrith station this morning (14/9). The now standard
Olympic Interchange yellow signage is in place, extra safety/security
announcements were being played, the precise time clocks (mounted in some
places on top of a SPI indicator) were on but the Plasma Screens/SPI
indicators (concourse/platform respectively) are still not working. I
thought that they might have waited until the new timetable (which as
already started) then switched them on but this is not the case.
