(OT) Olympic Torch - was Cityrail free from today????

I've avoided the Torch like the plague. When it came to Penrith, I stayed
away as by the time I got home from work, it would have been very hard to
see it. It was the same when it made it's way though Sydney's west.

|Very true comment. Saw one bloke sitting down on a side street away from
the
|crowds, but near the Pennant Hills park celebration. I don't know what he
|did, but he was being *minded* by four overall clad cops while they ran a
|CNI on him (courtesy of the car beside them with three cops in it). They
are
|not stuffing around nowadays (good to see though).
