I would say they are hard wired, not transmitted, so the answer is no.
You had better be careful Keith, asking for ORTA frequencies before, and now
wanting to intercept security images. Our paranoid security forces may get
more paranoid with your posts. Or did you just buy a new Icom R3 ?? :^)
