According to media reports up here the NT Chief
Minister has stated categorically that the Darwin line
construction will commence on Nov 7th this year.
Further to this, Mr Burke said the Government would
legislate to ensure that Road could/would not "unfairly
compete" against rail.
Begs a few questions on that one.!
