I believe it broadcasts via the NSW Government Radio Network (GRN), which
they are trunked that you need to press search button most of the time in
order to track the conversation from frequency to frequency or better
still - get a special trunking scanner such as Uniden Bearcat 245XLT, which
it will automatically track the conversation from frequency to frequency.
Most Olympic security are on digital radio network - hard to scan and track.
But I manage to find CityRail Chubb guard talkgroups with my 245XLT radio
scanner.

Here is the sites to try:-

If you have any questions about radio scanning or frequencies, just post to
another newsgroup that specialises in radio scanning in Australia -
aus.radio.scanner

Hope this helps.
