Wouldn't it be nice if politicians were honest and revealed all truths,
council officers and elected alderpersons never took bribes, there were no
paedophiles in kindergartens and youth organisations, there were no drug
problems and no-one committed burglaries, there was no road rage, and
fairies lived at the bottom of the garden.  Newspapers and the media resist
all temptation to embellish the truth so that they could sell more papers
and/or increase their ratings.  Rupert would be bankrupt if his newspapers
blandly reported the facts, and Kerry wouldn't be quite as rich either.

Welcome to the real world!

Besides aus.rail would be a very boring place if it didn't have a few
stirrers, crackpots and antagonists to keep it moving along.
