Words to Poem Wanted.

.  Can someone help with the words to this Poem.
 I am after a poem which includes the names of many Queensland railways
stations from many years ago,  I was taught it in primary school some 20
years ago, but since then most of the stations in the poems have most likely
closed.
    This request was  sent  to me , any help greatly appreciated, thank you.
