Yes - a Penrith driver could not run to Lithgow, for example, a Lithgow
driver could not run to Port Kembla, could they? There is also the fact they
need to be passed on each type of rolling stock. An ETR driver could not go
past Springwood (even if he knew the road) since  he would probably not be
passed on V-sets.
