The recent AMRM article on the AN AHDL grain hoppers stated that
similar conversions were done to ALKY ? wagons to enable them to be
used for soda-ash traffic. I think the new code was AHCL and they were
used in that traffic between 1987-1991. Were they used after that for
grain or does anyone know of their disposition ?
