IIRC, that was RAC.

But yes, management from CityRail and other operators do read this
newsgroup. Quite sensible suggestions raised here have been implemented
weeks to months later.

The Sunday morning Sprinter from Sale is one. It used to originate at
Traralgon, having been dropped off on Saturday afternoon.
