CFCLA (Chicago Freight Car Leasing Australia) owns locomotives an hires them
out on request. Austrac run certain freight services (yes, it is a private
rail company) throughout Australia (not to much outside NSW AFAIK). Austrac
are leasing the EL from CFCLA.
