Re: $4b transport plan to ease petrol heat



Rail no longer pays excise, stupid that it ever did. I don't think this is
unfair to motorists at all.
What is unfair is the lack of a proper integrated transport policy that
treats all modes equally
and bases funding on the overall good of the nation not the re-election of
the many dim-wits
who run this country.
