There was also one in Rutherford, near Maitland.  The posts for the screen
are still there, it's near a kennel we use, next to Maitland airport.

And after a quick and superficial look in the Newcastle street directory
c1960 there was one in New Lambton as well (possibly the Lambton one you've
listed), although it's long gone. A housing estate went in there a few years
ago.
