It's a prototype train that has been operating around Melbourne for years
now, which is based upon the Tangara design.
It is NOT a Tangara.
I am sure someone can provide a link which differentiates between a Tangara
and the 4D.
4D is short for DDDD, "Double Decker Design & Development Train"
