Does anybody know when the last new locomotive boiler was constructed in NSW
for a non preserved government locomotive?
I think some were built in the late 1950's but I don't know if any were
constructed in the 1960's.
Due to a departmental stuff up a Z16 loco that was withdrawn in the 1920's
and condemned for scrap was given a major overhaul. Did similar things
happen in the 1960's and early 1970's?
