I once considered adding such a section to the Blue Mountains Railway Pages.
Once I realised how many there had been, I changed my mind! Such a section
would seem to conflict with the aim of encouraging visitors & locals to
travel by train.
There is a book about rail accidents in Australia, but I forget its name.
