The question is why has it taken so long for someone to work this out. This
aggressive customer focused rail infrastructure maintenance company has been
looking after this section of track for over 3 years.  One now has to now ask the
question in what state is the line between Waterfall and Bomederry in.  Which is
ironically maintained by the same company.
