If trains sit at stations for 60 seconds, they must move pretty fast from Granville to Clyde! They are due to depart Clyde 60 seconds
after departing from Granville, giving a running time of 0 seconds between the two.

Bondi Junction to Central:
6.757 kms in 10 minutes with 4 intermediate station stops - Average speed 40.542 km/h
If you say 30 seconds for each station stop, subtract 2 minutes, your average speed has to increase to 50.6775 km/h while moving. With
a line speed of 60 km/h, this is not possible.

12 May timetable:
12.789 kms in 14 minutes with 4 intermediate station stops - Average speed 54.81 km/h.
If you say 30 seconds for each station stop, subtract 2 minutes, your average speed has to increase to 63.945 km/h while moving.

Olympic timetable:
12.789 kms in 16 minutes with 4 intermediate station stops - Average speed 47.95875 km/h.
If you say 30 seconds for each station stop, subtract 2 minutes, your average speed has to increase to 54.81 km/h while moving.

Yep. During the Olympics, the 4 minutes from Circular Quay to Wynyard and 4 minutes Wynyard to Town Hall was ludicrous!
