I always thought cattle/pigs were cleaner. Take this example:

Exhibit A: The cattle pavilion at the Royal Melbourne Show.
Exhibit B: A Comeng train ex. Showgrounds, at Flinders Street after 
offloading its passengers.

Tell me which is cleaner.
